Dear Friends, It is time for another update, along with an invitation. Our Living Miracles Metaphysical Center was sold last year, and the Monastery is now our U.S ministry base. This year the Monastery is going through some major renovations and changes. We are guided to invest resources into a longer term “green/off the grid” direction at the monastery. Already we have had a roof replaced, and we have orders in for a company to come and replace most of the windows and doors in all of the main buildings, in support of heat retention during the cooler months, and air-flow during the warmer times. A beautiful team is coming together here at the Monastery, as part of a 'Going green' focus. Initial projects, and special functions are coming clear, equipment and supplies are on their way! Jason is arriving this week from Mexico for at least three months, as a 'project manager'. Soren will be here in the coming month, bringing his passion for wind-power, solar, and innovative building projects. We have a beautiful Monastery team here, and friends are beginning to arrive at the beginning of June, and throughout the coming months, bringing their hearts, skills, and desire to join in and serve.

This summer there is a heart-wide-open invitation to those who would love to come and be part of it all. As always, it is an invitation to dive into the living experience of being joined in a shared Purpose, to be in our Spirit-Given functions, and to experience the miracles that result from healing, praying, and following the Holy Spirit's Guidance together.

If this attracts and you have experience, skills and a big heart, then please do not consider finances an obstacle! We are in a position to offer scholarships as needed, for those Called to come and dive in for a collaborative 1-3 month stay June - September.

Although it will be a big swirl of “many busy doings”, the focus, as always, awakening, devotional service, and mind training. As we are “done through” by the Spirit, all sense of separation is washed away. There are varied projects and areas in which to collaborate and serve, including specialized building, carpentry, plumbing and ‘green’ projects, as well as staining and painting and grounds projects, and the essential cooking and cleaning areas. Going Green projects include:

  • A new windmill to provide electricity with new lithium batteries

  • Passive Solar Projects for south facing walls, roofs, and windows.

  • Hybrid Solar Projects for generating electricity, hot water, and heating interior spaces (with the option for being connected or not connected to the power grid)

  • New water retention or storage solutions

  • A greenhouse / atrium area

  • A new energy efficient HVAC system to run off the free electricity

  • Fireplace/Chimney fix/Ceiling Fans

If green is not your speciality, but you are passionate, we also have other projects.

  • Painting of existing decks

  • Bathroom installation

  • Garage building

  • Carpentry & stone work

  • Trimming and removal of tree branches

  • Rock paths

  • Cleaning

  • Cooking

  • General Monastery maintenance support

David will also be visiting for some intimate sessions with the crew to help keep the Purpose out front because these collaborative projects are always about healing. You can listen to David sharing about new directions on this Spreaker talk here.

If you feel the spark in your heart to join in, send an email to me - letting us know of your experience, and which of the above projects you are inspired by. We have an application process, and a team in support of the logistics.

We look forward to hearing from you, With Love, Kirsten and the Monastery Team ❤️

I love being woken at 3am, to spend silent hours in prayerful contemplation. The spaciousness and stillness in the quiet darkness of the morning is such a Gift… knowing nothing else is happening and this time is completely available for being with God, thoughts and prayers.

I’ve been reading some of St Francis’ rule in the wee hours.
Through knowing Divine Providence, he knew the downfalls of personal ownership and egoic self reliance. His passion for poverty has nothing whatsoever to do with scarcity. His experience of total reliance on God as provider was what he wanted all of his brothers and sisters to know. The Certainty and blessings of being taken care of by our heavenly Father is our joy, being Life itself.

St Francis, “Humility is the recognition of truth about God and ourselves.” “We must be firmly convinced that we have nothing of our own, except our vices and sins.” This is what Jesus continues to teach us now. God is our Source - we can not think apart from Him. We are sustained by the love of God… all else is personal interpretation. When we finally learn to take responsibility for nothing except our own mind (our one responsibility is to accept the atonement for ourselves), we come to know God - for where is God, what is God, but Divine Mind. To go more deeply into the release of personal ownership is a pathway to God. For to claim ownership of one's deeds, one's works, one's future or one's past can easily be a form of pride… whether it be raising one's self up or insisting on littleness.

God created Christ - as the child of God we are not capable of changing His perfect Love - or using it in a personal way. It is through us that our Father does all things. And in this recognition we take 'the second place to gain the first' - and we know our Self as God created us to be. Whole, in pure simplicity... in such a gentle state of beingness within which i know that of myself I can do nothing - I am nothing - without Him.

Oh to know this, to live this, every moment of the day... to never lose this holy awareness of Your Love. This is my prayer... that whatever arises today, my mind remains within the sanctity of Yours. Thank you ❤️ 🕊 ❤️ Have a blessed day, remembering what is forever true, With Love,

Kirsten ❤️
